Recent statistics imply that younger generations are not using their Facebook pages or deleting their profiles all together. Why do you think that is?
There has been a decrease within the younger generation’s use of Facebook but I believe that this is associated with the increase in uptake of a more mature audience aka their parents. For teens, they would prefer to socialise and communicate within environments that do not include their Mum or Dad. This being said, according to recent studies (2013) the average Facebook user is a young, 25 year-old woman, living in a big city, with a college degree and a household income of more than $75k a year.
