Even though emails seem authentic, proceed with caution
Summary:
It’s always wise to exercise caution, especially when it comes to emails that seem genuine. Even if they display familiar logos and / or lookalike sender domains, it’s so important to be vigilant and wary.
In a recent situation, an email purportedly from a local domain provider was forwarded to me by a client of Net Branding. Upon closer inspection, however, it became evident that the email had actually originated from storehippo.com, indicating it might be spam or a phishing attempt.

Conclusion:
Be aware!!! Any one of us can be trapped by emails that are designed to look legitimate. Our client tells us that this is not the only such email he has received.
This scenario serves as a reminder that appearances can be deceiving. Even though everything might seem legitimate at first glance, it’s essential to scrutinize the sender details carefully. This incident underscores the importance of remaining vigilant against potential threats lurking in our inboxes. Sharing experiences like these with others can help raise awareness and protect everyone from falling prey to similar schemes.
